1. Acceptance

2. What this site is

American Drive Rentals is a car rental search and comparison website operated by American Drive Rentals LLC. We are not a rental car company. We do not own or operate vehicles, issue rental agreements, take rental payments or provide insurance.

3. Listings and availability

Vehicle listings currently shown on this site are sample records used to build and test the search experience, and are labelled as such. They do not represent real-time inventory, a reserved vehicle, or a binding rate. Vehicle listings on this site are sample records used to demonstrate the search experience. Availability, final pricing and rental terms are confirmed by the selected rental provider.

4. Pricing

Any amount shown here is indicative and for comparison only. It may exclude taxes, airport concession fees, surcharges, insurance, young-driver fees, additional-driver fees, one-way fees and extras. The rental provider's quote at the point of booking is the operative price.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for meeting the rental provider's driver requirements, and for reading the provider's rental agreement before confirming a booking.

6. Third-party providers

Rental services are supplied by third parties under their own contracts with you. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for provider performance, vehicle condition, charges levied by the provider, or disputes arising from the rental.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, text and code are owned by American Drive Rentals LLC or its licensors. Vehicle and destination photography is licensed from third parties and credited on our image credits page. Vehicle manufacturer names and models are used descriptively to identify vehicle classes; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from any rental arranged with a third-party provider.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
