Who we are

American Drive Rentals is operated by American Drive Rentals LLC, registered at 44352 Rock Cove Terrace, Apt 403, Ashburn, VA 20147. We are a search and comparison service, not a rental company.

What we do

We help travellers work out which rental vehicle class fits a trip. Rather than presenting a single headline rate, we show the details that change how a rental actually goes: how many people fit, how much luggage fits, whether the mileage is capped, whether the transmission is automatic, and what fuel or charging the vehicle needs.

How the platform works

You enter a location and dates. We return vehicle classes that match, which you can filter and sort. Opening a class shows its specification and the rental conditions worth confirming. Selecting one takes you to the provider to complete the reservation.

Our relationship with rental providers

Vehicles are supplied by participating rental providers. We do not own a fleet, operate rental counters or employ rental agents. When a provider is connected to a listing, the provider's identity and terms are shown before you complete a booking. Where we earn a commission on a completed booking, this is described in our affiliate disclosure.

Customer support

We can help with the website itself — search problems, understanding a listing, or finding the right category. For anything attached to an existing reservation (changes, cancellations, refunds, vehicle issues, damage claims), the rental provider is the correct contact, because they hold the agreement.

Booking transparency

We publish only what we can support. This site carries no customer ratings, awards, certifications or partner logos, because we have not yet collected or earned any. Vehicle listings currently shown are sample records used to build and test the search experience, and are labelled as such throughout. When live inventory is connected, those labels will be replaced with real availability.
